We grow our own gourmet hardneck garlic and Genovese Basil using organic methods.  Then we use our fresh herbs to create 5 varieties of authentic Pesto alla Genovese (the true green pesto).  Our pesto is authentic both in taste and texture.  Not too smooth and not too oily! We use NO artificial ingredients. NO cheap replacements for the traditional ingredients, just the real deal.

We use only FRESH Garlic (grown on our farm) and FRESH Basil (grown on our farm).  We use ONLY Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, First Cold Press.  We use BOTH imported Romano Cheese and Parmesan Cheese, as well as Pine Nuts (NO Walnuts or other cheap substitutes.

Good pesto simply cannot be dried or bottled.  Our Pesto is Fresh Frozen right after it is made in our commercial kitchen.  You can let our product thaw on the counter for about 30 minutes, scoop out what you need and RE-FREEZE it, to preserve the freshness.  Our product will last in the freezer.  We freeze our product in a high quality, tamper resistant, reusable plastic container.
